This narrated video reviews the history of NOAA and its predecessor organizations, from the creation of the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey in 1807, the U.S. Weather Bureau in 1870, and U.S. Commission of Fish and Fisheries in 1871, to the NOAA of today.
